The Family Therapy Centre
Do you feel overwhelmed with life? Depressed? Struggling to overcome a specific challenge? Then we are here to help. We can all experience difficult moments in our lives but not all of us can navigate through or navigate past certain difficulties without accessing support. We have a Team of Counsellors, Therapists and Pastoral Carers who are able to provide support for families, couples and individuals. The cost of sessions are based on affordability. Online counselling sessions are also available via Zoom video conference calling.

Relationships can be very rewarding but may also present many surprises and challenges. Whilst we cannot always predict which challenges we will face, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. We work with couples in order to help them discover strategies and new ways of thinking, in order to overcome relationship issues.

There are many personal and collective challenges that can be effectively resolved by engaging the family in talking therapy.This involvement of families is commonly accomplished by their direct participation in sharing, exploring patterns and understanding issues. The family therapist will skillfully facilitate and influence conversations that will bring strength, wisdom, and support.
